Sea to Summit Telos Evo
Sea to Summit's Tension Ridge is the one genuinely novel pole idea in mainstream tents: the ridge pole bends upward rather than down, which pushes the door tops out and turns the usual sloping tent doorway into something closer to a rectangle. The Telos Evo pairs that with 19.4 square feet of vestibule and a stated non-PFAS fabric set. Note that Sea to Summit's own listing carries a unit-conversion error in the floor area — 2.6 m² is 28 square feet, not the 84.65 the page prints — so the figure here is converted from the metric number.
Best for
Backpackers who spend time sitting in the tent and want the interior volume rather than the lowest weight.
Sea to Summit Ikos Evo
The Ikos is the Telos idea at half the price: same Tension Ridge geometry, same multi-mode pitching, heavier polyester fabrics and plain anodised aluminium poles instead of DAC. Thirty-one square feet, 18.8 of vestibule, footprint included, $350 — and 86 ounces, which is a full two pounds more than the Telos. Sea to Summit is explicit that the low peak height is deliberate: the tent is shaped for wind stability, and you will not stand up in it.

Someone who wants the Telos layout and vestibule at half the price and does not mind carrying the difference.
